At Floor 5, we shoot with the Theta Z1 and process and generate our virtual tours through Tourbuzz. While there has not been much competition in this space until recently, new technologies and equipment are not only a welcomed injection of innovation in the industry, but offer advantages in accessibility and convenience for both Floor 5 and the user.
There are two main reasons we shoot and process the way we do. First, the marriage of our process and our equipment results in a cost-effective and high-quality product. Second, the flexibility and efficiency that shooting on the Z1 offers over the competition is significant and is the obvious choice when considering the importance of time for both our clients and their sellers.
